Customers who require a refund or exchange, can do so, provided that the product(s) are still in their original condition, in their original packaging and are returned within 30 days with receipt.
If you purchase a product from us and it does not fit, do not wear it, return it to us and we will exchange it for a different size. *Please note that the customer is liable for the additional postage on the new item*. This excludes products in our, ” Items that may not be returned” section.
If you require a refund or exchange simply give us a call and we will sort it out for you.
ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED:
All undergarments, tights, socks, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, ouch pouches, etc.) wig's, sale items and Pointe Shoes that avail of our Fitting Service.
All items must be unworn and in their original resalable packaging with tags attached.
Laundered items cannot be returned.
Shoes must not be worn and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes.
Please place the package inside another shipping container or box. Please do not tape or label product packaging.
